BUILDINGS ASSOCIATED WITH FREEMASONS IN GREATER VICTORIA

116 South Turner Street was built in 1905. It is associated with Jesse Percival Sylvester (died 1945) who was a member of Victoria-Columbia Lodge No. 1. He lived in this house from 1932 until his death on August 1945.

Jesse Percival Sylvester ran the Sylvester Feed Company and other businesses in partnership with his two brothers.
