Harlan Carey Brewster (1870-1918) was a member of Vancouver & Quadra Lodge No. 2 in Victoria. He was Initiated, Passed and Raised in Vancouver & Quadra Lodge No. 2 in 1909.

He was Premier of British Columbia between 23 November 1916 and his death, aged 47, on 1 March 1918.
