Robert Hemington Swinerton (1865-1946) was a member of Victoria-Columbia Lodge No. 1.

He operated an insurance agency under the name Swinerton & Musgrave.

The 1946 Victoria City Directory shows “SWINERTON Robt. H. sec Vic Min & Dev Co. h 1334 Harrison” and Victoria Mining & Development Co. Ltd. R H Swinerton sec (not operating) 520 Broughton”

Robert Swinerton’s former house at 1334 Harrison Street is no longer standing. It has been replaced by an apartment building. But here is a map showing where it once stood:
