William Robie Brown (1863-1892) died of smallpox in the smallpox outbreak in Victoria in 1892. His brother, Henry Letson Brown also died of smallpox about the same time.
William Robie Brown and his brother, Henry Letson Brown, are buried in the same grave in Ross Bay Cemetery, Victoria, B.C. Their grave is next to the grave of Marshall Wilder Waitt, another Freemason who died of smallpox during the smallpox outbreak of 1892.
